Arab Orthodox Benevolent Society

Board of Directors

2023 - 2025

The Board of Directors of the Arab Orthodox Benevolent Society (AOBS) is dedicated to overseeing all charitable activities and operations in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plan. Board members are elected by the residents of Beit Jala and represent the community, committing themselves to serve humanitarian causes within our society.

Board members serve voluntarily for a three-year term without any financial compensation. This commitment to volunteerism ensures that our focus remains firmly on the wide array of humanitarian services we provide.

Each board member is selected based on specific qualities and characteristics essential to our work. They possess broad awareness, knowledge, and experience—particularly in humanitarian fields. Our board includes volunteers from various professions, including doctors, engineers, administrators, social workers, teachers, accountants, businesspeople, and experts in vocational training.

These individuals bring their expertise to bear in making decisions that support and assist those in need. Through their collective responsibility and dedication, the Board of Directors of the Arab Orthodox Benevolent Society (AOBS) ensures that we continue to serve and enhance the level of care provided to the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
